Jeremy Broderick
Principal Architect Owner and Principal Architect of RGA, Jeremy has 25 years of experience working in design and construction. Jeremy was raised in New England where he developed an early passion for drawing and building. Upon earning his Bachelor of Architecture in 2002 from Roger Williams University, he helped launch and operate a residential design-build company to serve homeowners in coastal Rhode Island. Upon meeting his wife, Mardie Rees, he decided to relocate to the Pacific Northwest and never looked back. When not marveling at the beauty of the Puget Sound region, Jeremy balances his work life by tinkering on home projects and spending quality time with his artist wife and their three children. Jeanne Ratcliffe Gagliano
Founding Architect The founder of RGA, Jeanne has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential building design. She received her Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989, and has been a Washington State Licensed Architect since 1997. Jeanne has an affection for the small-town feel of Gig Harbor and has served as a member of the city’s Design Review Board. Jeanne enjoys collaborating with community members, clients, and consultant team members to make places that inspire and endure. In her free time, Jeanne enjoys walking her dog, Ace, golfing, and spending time with family. Brandon Swan
Architectural Designer / BIM Manager Since 2016, Brandon has been a vital part of RGA, bringing his extensive design and drafting experience and attention to detail into every project he undertakes. Meticulously minded, Brandon serves as our talented CAD and BIM manager. Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys traveling and photography, and is always expanding the depth of his knowledge and interests. Crisanna Jones
Administrative Assistant Crisanna’s invaluable administrative experience keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently. Alongside a background in interior design and a passion for sustainability, she enjoys running in races, printmaking, and exploring Gig Harbor with her young family. Codi Ruff
Architectural Designer Codi’s admiration for design and the arts is unmistakable. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2022 and is now an integral part of the RGA team.
